Switching on roaming from outside UK

I'm in Spain and need to switch on data roaming, I log onto my EE account and go through Device Usage Controls, switch on Roaming but get the following error:

 

"Sorry something went wrong.

We've not been able to update the usage controls.

Please try again later"

 

Any advice ????

Unfortunately some customers are unable to activate roaming via their MyEE Account. Smiley Sad

 

You can speak to EE customer services by using Live Chat here and they will be able to activate roaming for you. Customer services close at 8pm on a weekend and will be available from 8am tomorrow. Smiley Happy
