I am in Chile, Santiago and i cant seem to get my data roaming to work, I will be working in Argentina, Brazil and Colombia over the following 3/4 weeks and access to data roaming is a huge part of my business.
- The text data Service for EE doesnt work
- I called so many times only for the automated service to tell me my cell number doesnt exsit and cuts me off
- managed to get threw but EE had me on hold for 20 minutes then a automated service told me my call was being terminated due to a fault
Can someone help please, why is so difficult i have o2 and vodafone colleagues with working phones out here and its just embarsssing.

Hi @thom33333 and welcome to the community.
So I can try and help, please may I get you to perform a manual network search and choose a network other than what you are on.
Please also can I get you to try and dial a friend or family member using format of 00447********* and try using data.

Just to confirm you have data roaming turned on via the settings?
When in safari can I get you to go to http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status does this display anything?
Which network are you currently connected to?

Here on the community we are unable to access any custoemr accounts so would be unable to call.
You would need to try and call us again to speak to the technical team.
Have you tried connecting to all the listed networks?
