Hello, I am now outside the UK, I had a card removed from my phone for some time, I inserted the card yesterday and I can do nothing if someone wants to call me this is the message "Sorry calls are not currently being connected to this number" and if I call it somewhere is a quick "beep beep beep" The number is assigned to my account and I cannot enable any package.

Good Afternoon and welcome to the EE Community @KalisPro

Are you a pay as you go or pay monthly customer?

Did you activate roaming before leaving the UK?

What country are you currently roaming in?

Speak soon,

Katie 🙂

I bought the sim starter in the store "asda". As I flew to Poland, the sim card worked, then after it was removed and later insertion, it stopped working. I can not choose the package either on the website or in the EE application i have cominicat:

"What happened?

Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later."

Thanks for confirming this @KalisPro

Did you make any chargeable activity in the UK such as making a call or a text?

You will need to do this to activate the SIM on the EE network.

Katie 🙂

Yes, the account was topped up for 10 pounds. About a year ago, the account was topped up, since then I had no need to top up this number. last time I topped up yesterday and I can't activate any restrictions package.

Hi @KalisPro

Did you make a call and text?

A top-up will not stand as a chargeable activity.

Katie 🙂

yes I called and wrote text messages.

Now I can't write text messages or call. I also can't send sms to number 150

Hi @KalisPro

Are you able to try manually select another network?

You can do this by following these steps:

iPhone – Settings > Mobile Data > Network Selection > Turn off Automatic

Android – Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Tap OK

Windows – Settings > Mobile Network > Network Selection > Tap on start manual search

Katie 🙂

I've already done it, no changes whatsoever. I still can't call and write.
