Im in Portugal and my sms and calls kerp saying failed but can receive and use mobile data? Please help!

Are you with us on a pay monthly account?
If so, you may need to check you have calling abroad set up.
To check this can you log into your My EE account online > Menu > Manage Device > Call Abroad and Premium rate calls > This will show as ticked if you're set up for making calls when abroad.
Can you activate this?
