Sim 1 error 10

I have just landed in Spain and can't make phone calls or send texts. I am a personal customer. Roaming is on and set to automatic. I am traveling alone and rely on my phone. I used the same phone and contract in Spain in jJun with no problems.

Sorry to hear you are having difficulty using the phone in Spain.

 

Have you tried a manual network search?

 

How do I do a manual network search?

 

  • iPhone – Settings > Carrier > Toggle Automatic OFF

 

  • Android – Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Tap OK

 

  • Windows – Settings > Mobile Network > Network Selection > Tap on start manual search

Hi. Thanks for the response. Sorry I have been unable to reply until now that I am back in England. I did try the manual search without success. Despite many emails and useful suggestions I was unable to use my phone for the whole holiday. Thanks for trying to help anyway. I will pop into an eye shop and see if they can help before my next holiday in May.

I would recommend giving customer services a quick call to double check there is no issues with your account for roaming.
