My mobile number switched from Orange to EE about 8 hours ago. I am currently in Germany. I can no longer make any phone calls or texts. Calls are disconnected and all texts to other mobiles and 150 fail and return the message "Short message transfer rejected". I have £5.10 credit and used the mobile recently, so lack of credit or not using the mobile for a long time is not the problem. I was able to open on online EE account and register the mobile and confirm it with a PIN that sent to me, so EE does recognize the mobile number as an EE number.

I would recommend you give customer service a call, as something seems to have went a miss with the transfer.

I do not know if I can receive calls. I have received a text. I tried manually connecting to all three available networks and receive a failure message for all of them.
