SIM card international travel

I’m from America, currently traveling in the UK. I bought a PAYG SIM card for data and I let the salesperson know I was from America sand they said I should have 500 call minutes and unlimited texting. I put the card in yesterday and haven’t been able to call or text anyone at all. How do I fix this?

Yes, i do have service showing on the device. I have been able to access the internet and other things with data so so I know it is at least partly working.

Morning @inolte

Thanks for coming to the community.

What happens when you try and make a call?

Can you text BALANCE to 150 and let me know the reply?

Re: SIM card international travel

Are you calling & texting UK nos? Unless it's marked as an International SIM you need PAYG credit to call overseas nos.
