Roaming

Hi 

I am overseas and I too EE roaming package before i left with 120 international minutes but my phone does not seem to pick up network. I was here last week and it worked just fine. Any ideas? 

I cant seem to find live chat on my laptop for EE

Where are you? International minutes are for calling from UK.

Have you tried connecting to a different network?

 

  • iPhone – Settings > Mobile Data > Network Selection > Turn off Automatic

 

  •  Android – Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Tap OK

 

  •  Windows – Settings > Mobile Network > Network Selection > Tap on start manual search
