I need help I'm in Spain and I cannot ring out or text my internet is working but calls and texts are not please help .

@Amy345567  Hi,  login to your online EE account or via the my EE app and under manage this device enabled CALL ABROAD AND PREMIUM RATE NUMBERS.  Then restart the device and it should be working if it’s not try again in a few hours/tomorrow morning as it can take up to 24 hours to activate.
