Are you on PAYG or contract? If PAYG, you already have roaming activated & sending ROAMING to 150 will just flag an error.

I’m new to the UK and I signed a contract but I was very disappointed when I discovered that my contract (22.99/month) doesn’t allowed me to use my phone aboard. However, I’ve to go back home every month and I can not use the service I pay for. I also have to pay if I want to cancel my contract.
PS: I would strongly advise to foreigners to not sign a contract on EE.

Have customer service or Live Chat enabled roaming for you now?
What reply do you get when you text the code ROAMING to 150 from your EE phone?
