Roaming

I am in Dubia I have a charge of over 40 pounds on my phone despite the fact that I have not used the phone and turned off the data and even purchased an add on for 20 pounds in case I needed to make calls

No idea I dont use voicemail on my phone

Hi, 

 

What does your bill say as anything outside your tariff will be itemised. 

 

Also turning data off doesn't disable data, apps and the phone will still connect but only briefly.

Have you received any calls?

 

Have you dialed any non UK numbers?

 

@Northerner  if customer is using EE customer would not be charged for data as they would be prompted to purchase bundle.
