Just been on my device in ee and tried to tick call abroad and premium rate. Then says 'sorry we have been unable to save your changes'. What now?

Thanks for coming to the community.
In that case you will need to speak to us to get this looked into.
If you log into your My EE account online not the app and a chat option will show when an agent is available.
If no chat option shows please get in touch with customer services from another phone.
They will be able to get this looked into.
