My data is not working in France, try to ring the 150 number and its says calls are bared.
Though when log in online say the data back is activated?

In order to call and use data whilst abroad, please could you check the following options are set to allowed on MyEE?
- Use Data
- Roaming Abroad
- Call Abroad and Premium Number

You can find these options under Menu - Manage your device on the EE website log in. You might have some problem activating these at the moment as EE are undertaking system maintenance.

Pay as you go, i have received messages from EE
though when another EE mobile rings it goes straight to voicemail and doesn’t dial through
