Re: Roaming not working

Hi @Zonfrillic

have you tried the following?

Using your phone abroad
  1.

check if your phone is set up to work abroad by texting ROAMING to 150

  2.

if it is, and you’re abroad within the EU, you’ll connect automatically to 4G (where available) for free

  3.

to use your phone outside of the EU, turn on data roaming in your device settings

Re: Roaming not working

@Zonfrillic: Did you activate roaming on your EE a/c before you left UK?

Try logging into your My EE account online & go to Menu / Manage Device / Roaming Abroad and also Call Abroad and Premium rate. They will show as ticked if roaming and calling abroad is activated. If they are not ticked, can you activate these settings?

Not quite!

3. to use your phone anywhere abroad & only if you wish to use data, turn on data roaming in your device settings

Good Morning @Zonfrillic

Welcome to the community 🙂

Have you been able to follow the advice given by @Watkins07 and @XRaySpeX?

Has this now been resolved?

Thanks, Katie
