Roaming not working in canada

so I've had roaming no problem for a week but suddenly it no longer works. Local data provider (bell or rodgers) says I need to login. When I see this it goes to an ee page that says I've already bought a plan and have used 0mb of 500mb.....

Does the add-on status page definitely show that you've used 0MB and not that you have 0MB remaining?

 

It usually counts down from your allowance (500MB) to 0MB.
