When i go to France my phone never works despite having roaming switched on. This has been the case for years even with the same number on other networks. Any ideas why my phone would not work here. I try turning off & on and manually searching for a network but it doesnt work. Is there a way EE can raise a support ticket to investigate the issue?

@Stu81 When you say doesn’t work do you have a signal showing on the device? Have you tried turning off 4G ?
