Roaming not working after enabling

Hi all,

 

I didn't enable roaming before i left the  UK for europe, when browsing available carriers they were showing forbidden. Via wifi I managed to log into my EE portal and enable roaming succesfully. It's now be well over the 24hrs it suggests it can take to become active, I cannot call EE obviously as my phone has no connection.

 

All carriers are still showing as forbidden still.

 

Suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear your having problems with your roaming.

 

If you are a Pay Monthly customer, you can use Live Chat here. They will be able to check everything and if it's not been enabled, they will be able to do this for you.

 

However, if you are on Pay As You Go or with Business, you won't be able to use Live Chat and will need to get in touch by calling +44 7953 966250 from another phone.
