Roaming not active been more than 24hours

I've been in turkey for 24hours and my roaming data calls and texts are still not working 😞 helpp

Hello,

Please click on Manage your device  to check if your roaming enable on your account.

If your Roaming enabled.

Then try to search network manually select a network and turn your phone off and on.

It might work for you .

If you still have problem then you need to Get in Touch with EE.

you can do this by calling or via live chat if you are a pay monthly customer by pressing +EE.

It isn't letting me enable my roaming I am on the maxi plan so not sure why it won't allow me to do it through manage my devices. And I have tried searching manually still nothing. Can't find option for live chat can you send me a link please! 😞

If you have decent wifi, use Skype and call EE free, on +44 800 956 6000
