Roaming in the Ukraine

Hi EE team

I have a pay-as-you that was topped up just before coming to the Ukraine for 5 weeks. Despite turning on roaming before my trip, I have arrived and the roaming doesn’t appear to be working.
Please can you advise how to fix this?

Regards

Re: Roaming in the Ukraine

Ukraine is not in EU. Your pack is not valid there, You will need to pay the charges as set out in https://ee.co.uk/help/add-ons-benefits-and-plans/call-or-going-abroad/roaming-costs/countries/ukrain... . Do you have enough credit to cover these charges?
