I've been trying to get my roaming allowance for two days , I got in touch with two different agents who told me the problem was fixed and the only thing I needed to do is to restart my device.
I'm traveling to Greece in a couple of hours and I really need to solve this issue as I won't have WiFi as I have it here in Spain

Please check you have roaming and calling abroad active within your My EE settings. You can do this by following these steps:
Log in to your My EE > Menu > Manage device > Ensure both calling abroad and roaming are enabled.
