I am frequently travelling to Poland using my EE, up to last year I could manually pick any network to get the best possible 4G (I need it for my work).
I have arrived in Poland Saturday 23rd of March and noticed straight away that I can't pick any other network but Orange (there is also Plus, T-Mobile and Play). It wasn't too bad but since yesterday roaming services completely stopped working.
After restart of the phone I am getting automatically connected to Orange for about 10-15 minutes, after that phone switches to "searching" and I have to restart my phone to get connected for another 10-15 minutes. I am not able to connect to any other network manually. I have this issue on mine and my wife's phone. I have posted this issue last evening to twitter and another British person replied saying they're in different city also on EE with the same issue.
This is really annoying as I had to buy USB router and polish sim card to get internet for work.
EE can you sort your roaming issue asap? You had the same issue 2 years ago. Please fix it ASAP

What networks are available?

In manual mode I can see Orange, T-Mobile, Plus and Play. Tried connecting to all of them without any result. My wife is also on EE having same issues. There is new post on EE community also mentioning same issue in Poland.

What's the make and the model of the phone both you and your wife using?

We're both using iPhone 8. We've tried manually picking networks, turning off 4G and hard resetting the phones.

Hello, I have same problem.
I was in T-mobile branch and Plus and they said that their network is fine and they have nothing to do with it so the problem must be on EE side.

Hi I’m also a frequent traveller to Poland. I’m back and forth to the UK. I’m here in Warsaw now and have no service! Only local WiFi. I’ve tried restarting my phone a number of times but still get “no service “ immediately. Not impressed!

all sorted! I had to remove my SIM card and simply wiped it over with a cloth (dry) re inserted it and then got a network again. I was also advised before cleaning the SIM card to do the following: Could you tap into Settings and then Mobile Data, Network Selection, switch off Automatic and search for networks please? When your network list has loaded, what I need you to do the first time we do this is select any network except EE, 'No Service' will then appear in the top left-hand corner. When you see that, could you repeat the same steps again but this time select EE from the list and then pop your automatic back on please?

They can't help on customer helpline, I'll just claim back those days without network, not fancy to paying full bill for being down for almost 2 weeks..no words.

Hi it was on and off for the past 2 days but when I left yesterday it seemed to be normal service
