Roaming data add on isn't showing but have been charged. Why is this?

I purchased the £20 250mb for 7 days roaming add on for use in Australia. The add on is not shoiwing however I have been charged. I have tried turning my phone on and off again but this still isn't showing.

Are you able to connect to the internet?

 

Have you tried restarting your phone?
