Hi EE, im not able to make any calls even though ive revieved a txt message saying that i have roaming enabled, and can also use my data. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks

Phone EE to have the International Call bar lifted.

Hello @Drestar88 have you tried a manual network search to see if any other roaming networks are available?
If none are available or they do not work either customer service or Live Chat have access to accounts to check your roaming and international call bar status:

This is the number ive tried phoning to contact customer service
"Hi again. Call 112 in case of emergency and call +447953966250 free for Customer Services, or if you no longer want to receive these info messages abroad. Have a good trip!"

When you are preparing for your trip abroad, it is essential that roaming is activated before you go away.

I know on this occasion, you were aware that you needed to do this. I know it's not working at the moment for you.
However, we can help.
Please take a look at some of the hints, tips and tricks to get activated in our Roaming with EE - What to do if you're having problems abroad support article.
If none of the advice in the support article works, you may have an international bar present.
This will need account access at this point.
If you are a pay monthly personal EE customer, then log in to My EE and await a chat with an online advisor.
If you can't access this, then please call customer services from an alternative landline or mobile.
