Roam further- US

  • Hi, i called EE yesterday to enable roam further for me while I’m in the US. They said it would be available to use immediately and now I’m in the US and it’s not working. Do you know why?

Re: Roam further- US

Thanks so much for your reply! I called EE to sort it out because they hadn’t given me any instructions when they set it up so now they’ve fixed it. Apparently they hadn’t selected the international use feature- and they asked me to manually select T-Mobile from the network list in settings. Thanks again!

Re: Roam further- US

Did you activate roaming on your EE a/c before you left UK by texting ROAMING to 150?

Try logging into your MyEE account online & go to Menu / Manage Device / Roaming Abroad and also Call Abroad and Premium Rate. They will show as ticked if roaming and calling abroad is activated. If they are not ticked, can you activate these settings?
