Re: Restricted calls

Good Afternoon @Jdk84

Welcome to the community.

I hope you're having a lovely time in Tenerife, I have visited Las Americas a number of times and loved it.

Are you currently using an Orange or EE sim?

Are you connecting to the Orange network?

Speak soon, Katie 🙂

Re: Restricted calls

@Jdk84: Are you on contract or PAYG with Orange?

Re: Restricted calls

Aww I would definitely recommend visiting if you get the chance @Jdk84

When you log in to your My EE does it show everything is allowed, you can check this by following these steps:

Log in to My EE > Menu > Manage device > Ensure 'Roaming abroad' and 'Call abroad and premium rate' is allowed.

Katie 🙂

Re: Restricted calls

@Katie_B: There is no longer MyEE for Orange. Which makes it awkward for contracts roaming for the 1st time.

Hi @XRaySpeX

It looks like @Jdk84 is using an EE sim but is connecting to the Orange network in Tenerife.

Re: Restricted calls

Yes please  @Jdk84

I would then recommend switching your handset off and on then trying to make a call.

Let me know how you get on.

No worries @XRaySpeX, you are right if customers are roaming on Orange.

Katie 🙂
