I have gone to Amsterdam for the weekend now my phone is telling me I can only make emergency calls and that I'm not registered on network. Why is this?

I've tried to make a call and I cant recieve call since I've arrive in Amsterdam from the UK. I am being told that I'm not registered on Network. I have no signal and no 4g.

If you are with us on a pay monthly account, can you check your call abroad and premium rate settings;


You can check this by logging into your My EE account online and go to Menu > Manage Device > Call abroad and Premium rate calls > This will show as ticked if you're set up for making calls when abroad.


If this is not showing as ticked, can you activate this?
