I have this international call barring on but when I have tried to turn it off it wants a passcode. What will the passcode be?

So I can try and help, please may I get you to perform a manual network search and choose a network other than what you are on.
Please also can I get you to try and dial a friend or family member using format of 00447********* and try using data.

Yes I have tried these already but still no joy. I have also tried to get help via Facebook and online help but no joy.
I have followed the instructions at the top of this chain and found the international call barring is turned on. When I try to turn it off it wants a passcode which does not seem to match my Phone security pin. I am already abroad so can't ring customer services. Please can you help?

Our customer services team will be able to help remove the international bars.
I recommend logging into your My EE account on your phone's browser or a computer (not the app)
Once you're logged in, a chat window will pop up when an advisor is available.
If you can't get in contact with chat, please get in touch from an alternative phone.
