Re: Outgoing International Roaming - Barring Enabled

Hi @frandom,

Welcome to the EE Community.

Our chat teams only have access to pay monthly accounts.

Pay as you go accounts are automatically set up to use abroad.

Have you tried selecting a network manually?

Do you have sufficient credit to make a call?

Thanks

Re: Outgoing International Roaming - Barring Enabled

Hi @frandom,

Where are you roaming?

What happens when you try to make a call?

Can you use data?

Thanks

Re: Outgoing International Roaming - Barring Enabled

@frandom  You are putting 44 or 0044 instead of the 0 at the start of the number?

Re: Outgoing International Roaming - Barring Enabled

It tells me 'can't make outgoing calls while call barring is on', but I can't change the barring setting from my phone.  Texts just say failed to send and i dont think data is working either.

I am using the correct dialling code.

thanks

Hi @frandom

Which country is it that you are currently roaming in?

Many thanks,
