I am having problems calling and texting abroad but data is working

Please log in to your My EE account and follow these steps to ensure roaming is set up:
Menu > Manage device > Ensure both Roaming and Calling abroad are active.
If this still does not resolve your roaming issue, please try a manual network selection by following these steps:
iPhone – Settings > Mobile Data > Network Selection > Turn off Automatic
Android – Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Tap OK
Windows – Settings > Mobile Network > Network Selection > Tap on start manual search
