i got cut off the network due to an unpaid bill (silly me). Today I got a phone call and I was able to pay my bill with the promise to be reconnected within a few hours. Around 8 hours later I am still not connected and I cannot call EE or 150 or even 360 from my handset due to me being abroad. How can I contact them as I cannot seem to have the live chat pop up on the help menus.
