@chantelleedwins Did you call customer services and request roaming to be enabled on your account? Or did you text ROAMING to 150 before you left the UK to activate the service?
If not login to in to your online account and wait for a live chat window to pop up it will only appear if an agent is free to chat and you can use this to request roaming to be enabled on your account. Live chat is open till 9pm U.K. time.

So I can try and help, please may I get you to perform a manual network search and choose a network other than what you are on.
Please also can I get you to try and ring using format of 00447*********
Also, please let me know If you are using an EE personal or business account?
