I've got 3 issues.
1) I've just come to France and my phones not working at all
If I restart it it works fine for about 30 seconds. Data works and calls work. Then it disconnects and just says No Service. I can't reconnect without restarting.
2) in trying to fix the above I went online to check my roaming settings and it was ticked to allow it. I tried to set it to off so I could then put back to on. Now it's stuck off.
3) when I go into my ee app it used to say I have 1.3 of 2 GB left. Since I've been logged in it now says I've got 2 of 4gb left but my plans only for 2 GB. I hope you've not charged me for extra data.
Can anyone help?

That's not it.
It works when I turn it in for about 30 seconds. Internet works, phone works. Then it stops working and says no service until I turn it off and on again. This isn't roaming settings. It's a ee fault. I need it sorted

If you log into your My EE account on your phone's browser (not the app) or a computer.
Once you're logged in, a chat window will pop up when an advisor is available.
Our customer service team will get this looked into further for you.
