My Apple iPhone 6s is roaming enabled and my Ee account says it is too. However I can’t make calls as it says they are restricted. I’ve seen similar questions on here but can’t find a web chat link anywhere to sort it. Any help out there please.

Try resetting your network settings.
You can also check if roaming is active on your online account and access chat via this portal. You can also access chat via your EE app.
