Phone has no signal in Spain and available networks not permitted

Hi I have taken my windows phone back and forth between uk and Spain every month for years without a problem but this time it is not picking up a signal and the available networks are saying not permitted

When was the last time you used the phone, either in the UK or Spain?

 

Are you with us on pay as you go or contract?

Hi I would have used the phone last Friday in England put it in flight mode during flight then no signal on arrival in Spain. It is pay as you go

Can you try restarting the phone and selecting another network?

hi I've restarted the phone several times. Tried the sim in another phone and done manual searches for networks. The 3 networks that are available each time are forbidden and one of those is the one my phone usually automatically connects to each time I come back to Spain. I've tried in several different locations miles apart but still no Joy.

Could your pay as you go account have entered hibernation?

 

If you haven’t used your phone for any chargeable activity for 179 days your account will go into hibernation and any credit will be removed, but don’t worry; at this point it’s not too late to reinstate your number and credit – just give us a call.

Hi no it cant be that I use my phone constantly and my pack was renewed 15th Jan
