Paid for international calls but still being charged

I have paid for international calls but I am still being charged . Why is this

Australia & singapore to uk calls. And bought 500mins international calls. Still bring charged Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

International Calls (aka Calling Abroad) is for calling from UK to non-UK nos, not the reverse. You are roaming.

As @XRaySpeX mentioned, it sounds like you have purchased an add-on for making calls from the UK.

 

You can use our Roam Further Pass in Australia.
