How do I obtain the PIN to remove barring from my SIM card? I have roamed with the SIM in another phone in Europe but am barred in Australia on this device.
I am currently receiveing text messages from EE, but I cannot send text messages to 150.

Did you activate Roaming before you went away?
If you didn't then that could be what the problem is.

Some of the hints, tips and tricks included may just get you activated.
If you are still having problems and are a pay monthly personal EE customer, please log in to My EE await a live chat with an advisor if you need one.

As ridiculous as this sounds, I need to ask it anyway.
Have you actually got credit on your handset?
If you have and that is ruled out, then please use an alternative mobile or a landline number to call customer services please.
