Old plan to Max Plan

I have upgrading to a Max plan ready for Canada, however the EE app and texting 150 to AL both show up my old plan? How can I make sure I am on the max plan ready for roaming?

When did you upgrade? 

 

If you log onto your online account it should show your new plan.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
