I arrived in Cape Verde on the 1st of October and didn’t receive a text message as normal about roaming. I’ve tried searching for a network manually but only get CVMovel and Unitel T+. I’ve spoken to another guest here who’s on EE and he received a text from T mobile. Any ideas?

It just comes up in the corner saying searching and then no service. I’ve used this phone abroad before I’m the Dominican Republic with no problems.

I recommend logging into your My EE account on your phone's browser (not the app) or a computer. Once you're logged in, a chat window will pop up when an advisor is available.
If you can't get in contact with chat, please get in touch from an alternative phone.
