No signal.

Hi, I'm currently in France. There is no signal at all on my Orange UK sim card. There is full signal on my French Orange sim card, any ideas? I'm trying to register my UK PAYG SIM to top it up. TIA

You need to register EE SIM cards in the UK network for them to activate, as they are designed for the UK network. 


EE are moving Orange customers over to EE 3G plans so I assume your UK orange account has now transferred, hence no signal. Or you don't have roaming activated. 


Orange France is a different company. 





To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Thanks, my UK sim was working fine in France, in fact it had a better
signal than my Orange France sim I now know that I had been moved to an EE
3G account WITHOUT any notification, and my older sim couldn't cope. I am
no longer an Orange customer !!!!!!!!!
