No signal in US

Just landed in America, and no signal. My phone's just not finding a US carrier. Checked before I left & do have roaming working, any ideas how I can fix it?

Hello @Thestarfairy sorry to hear you are not able to gain signal while abroad. Try restarting the phone or restarting the phone then trying a manual network search in the phone settings to see if any available networks appear below after waiting for them to load.

If the above do not work please call customer service on +447953 966 250 from another phone (lines open 8am UK time) who can access the account and look into this for yo. If you are a personal pay monthly customer on an EE plan you can also log in to MYEE online and click the popup box when available to speak to live chat. 🙂
