I can't get a phone signal in Lanzarote. Anyone experienced these difficulties before? I was here in Nov and had no issues at all. I've checked my roam setting for abroad and it's on yet the only text I've managed to receive was in the first 2 minutes of turning my phone on when I received the standard support text with contact number which I can't use.

So I can try and help, please may I get you to perform a manual network search and choose a network other than what you are on.
Please, also can I get you to try and dial a friend or family member using the format of 00447********* and try using data.

I'm not on any network at all. It just says mobile network not available. All I have is the Wi-Fi in my apartment.
Can't phone anyone as it says not registered on network

This is indeed very unusual as a manual network search does generally resolve connectivity issues.
In this case, our customer services team will need to take a further look into your account.
I recommend logging into your My EE account on your phone's browser (not the app) or a computer.
Once you're logged in, a chat window will pop up when an advisor is available.
If you can't get in contact with chat, please get in touch from an alternative phone.
