Welcome to the community 🙂

 

Do you know if your account is set up to travel?

 

You can check your roaming status by logging into your My EE account online and go to Menu > Manage Device > Roaming Abroad > This will show as ticked if roaming is activated.

 

You can also make sure data roaming is turned on in your phone’s ‘settings’. For further help select your phone on our Phones and Devices Help pages.

 

Please come back and let us know how you get on once you have checked these 🙂
