I am currently in Croatia and don’t have any signal or roaming at all! I have reset my phone and checked all my settings and it still isn’t working.
I can’t call EE as I have no signal so any help would be very much appreciated!

@Naomimartinx Did you enable roaming on your account before you left the UK ? If not and your a contract customer you can login to your online account and wait for a live chat window to pop up you can use this to chat to customer services. You’ll now have to wait till 8am UK time do this now.

Have you checked roaming is activated in My EE?
You can find the setting by selecting Manage device from the menu.
