Hi, I'm in Spain with no service, I now understand I should have contacted EE before leaving but is there any way I can be helped now? It would be really useful to be able to make and receive calls!

@Adeleg73 Login to your online account and wait for the live chat feature to pop up you can use this to request roaming to be enabled.

I hope you're having a lovely time in Spain.
Once you're logged in, a chat window will pop up when an advisor is available.
If you can't get in contact with chat, please get in touch from an alternative phone.
