No service in the Netherlands..

Hi! I am in Amsterdam and I have no network. I’ve travelled abroad before and I never had this problem.. any thoughts?

Did you activate roaming on your EE a/c before you left UK?

 

Try logging into your My EE account online & go to Menu / Manage Device / Roaming Abroad and also Call Abroad and Premium rate. They will show as ticked if roaming and calling abroad is activated. If they are not ticked, can you activate these settings?

Thank you!Both are ticked and a couple of weeks ago it was working perfectly in Greece..I will restart it again..

What phone are you using?

 

Are you able to try manually searching for a network?
