No service in Spain

  1. I’m trying to get in contact with ee to switch our data roaming on but I can’t becuase I have no service I’m using free WiFi in a pub I have no way of contacting them to sort out apart from a couple have said I can get ee to ring there phone and speak to me to try and sort of help is quick enough

@P10tsn: It's not just data roaming that you want on. That's on your phone. You need roaming activated on your MyEE a/c. Did you do this before you left? Presumably not. Having a roaming allowance does not auto enable it. You may still be able to in your online a/c under Manage Devices. If not, you will need to call EE. Use the landline nos. in my sig.

You could try to activate your roaming service through your My EE account under Manage Device.
