Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?
Have you tried selecting a different network manually?

Can you try restarting your phone and see if you get signal.
If no service shows still, I recommend logging into your My EE account on your phone's browser (not the app) or a computer.
Once you're logged in, a chat window will pop up when an advisor is available.
