Arrived in Fuerteventura yesterday but can not use phone fir calls
tried switching off & on
turning airplane mode on & off again
checked carrier set to automatic
turned automatic off but search doesn’t bring ant other carriers
no other carriers available but YOIGO
mans that is “no go”

If none of the advice in the support article works, you may have an international bar present.
This will need account access at this point.
If you are a pay monthly personal EE customer, then log in to My EE and await a chat with an online advisor.
If you can't access this, then please call customer services from an alternative landline or mobile.

The service provider for EE roaming in Spain is YOIGO or Orange España it will not work on any other network. For o2 its movistar ES and vodafone will just stay the same as they also have vodafone in spain.
