I have recently upgraded my contract to a sim only deal which promised I could access my data/texts/calls within the EU.
I am now abroad (in a country included on this plan) and my phone has "No Service". I have attempted every troubleshoot I can find on the internet and I still have no service. I cannot even make calls or texts to EE to resolve this, or check if roaming is enabled on my account.
I am incredibly confused and disappointed, and this has severely compromised my safety on my trip. I really need this resolved as soon as possible. Thank you.

Does your online account say that roaming has been enabled?
It isn't always automatically enabled on accounts

I am unsure if they would do that, but hopefully Karen will be a long soon as she is an EE agent and would be able to help and as she has posted recently in other threads she is also online.

Have you previously been able to use your SIM abroad?
If you try a manual search does it show any available networks?
Just a quick question...are you a personal EE customer?
If so I can send you a link to the Chat Team, they can check Roaming is active on your account.
