No service Abroad

Hello, Im in Spain and just cant get a signal, I have read here that I need my line enabled but I cant call anyone. Is there a way of doing it by messenger

I hope you're having a lovely time in Spain so far.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps below:

 

Try re-booting your device

 

Try turning 4G off in ‘settings’

 

Perform a manual network search:-

 

Software type Steps
iPhone  Tap Settings > Carrier > Toggle Automatic OFF
Android Tap Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Tap OK
Windows Tap Settings > Mobile Network > Network Selection > Tap on start manual search
